Blast From The Past - Nuketown

Nuketown, probably the smallest map in the existance of TriArc, but it was one of the my favorite maps in Call of Duty Blackops. Before I start my blog for this week, I would like to inform you on some interesting facts about this map. First, i would like to mention that they named the street of Nuketown! The name of the street is called Trinity Ave. Another interesting fact is that they gave virtual owners to the two houses that are in this map! Those name are the Mason's and the Woods

Another cool fact that they have in this map, is the Radio tower behind the Mason's house has a clock on it. Not just any clock, but a clock that counts down till the end of the game. Once that clock hits zero, the nuke obliterates everything on the map and that is also how that specific game is ended.

There are not very many runways on here because it is a very very small map. The most popular runways goes for both sides. Both teamas spawn behind a house, one behind the Mason's house and one behind the Woods house. Players usually take the runways on either side of the hows which lead to the outskirts towards the middle of the map. This is where most of the battle is held.

Another popular runway that is used, is mainly used by the more strategic players, but its a small map, so it doesn't usually help to be strategic. This runway is a path through the the two houses, which can lead you to two other ways you can go. From inside the house, you can go straight, which leads to the middle of the map, or you can or take a left and go up the stairs, which leads to an upstairs room taht goes to a window with a balcony that most campers tend to sit.

Dome

Dome, a barren waste land in the middle of nowhere, but probably the most favored because of the size of the map. This map has very few runways just because it is a very small map.

This map is very fast paced for the reason that there is twelve players packed into one little area.
All of the runways in this map are commonly used, so there is not very many ways that you can go without running into an enemy, but there are way you can go on the main runway that most people don't check. One runway goes from where ever you spawn and from there you can go  to the Offices and the B-room, but instead of going to the closes entrance leading to the Loading area, go through the farthest door that leads into the hallway. This is because, you will have an advantage on the enemy if they go there instead of being suprised.

The next runway starts from the C-Dom. Once spawned, (which is in the back left corner) you can run up the Hole callout and go behind the hum-vs. This will keep you out of sight for the most part, but be carful because, the cars do explode, which could ultimately be your demise.

The last runway that can be used is if you are near the Dome, you can run along the fence and go behind the Please callout. From there, you can hug the fence going up to the Blue callout. This runway is used for a flank but, most people see you before you can react because of the number of players on a small map.

On this map, my opinion is quickness. you want to be able to look down your sights fast to get the uppe hand. The perks I recommand is Sleight of Hand, Quickdraw, and Steady Aim or Stalker. Steady Aim pro enables you to get your gun ready faster after sprinting, which can give you a second to get more bullets off. Stalker makes your character move faster while aiming down your sights. This is an advantage because most people don't expect you to be moving so fast while you are shooting bullets in their direction.

Terminal

Terminal, a legendary map that was transfered over from CoD Modern Warfare 2. This map has many runways and also has a few hidden glitches that some people may not know about.

First, I would like to inform you about the hidden glitches and spawn traps that are very easy to use to your advangtage.
When playing this map, you will find out that there is a staircase leading to the airplane on the edge of the map. If you are outside of the plane and behind the staircase, there is a wall that curves to go into the plane. This is a one-way wall because, you are able to throw any lethal and tacticle equipment through this wall, but only from the outside in. If you try to throw the equipment from inside the tunnel, the equpiment will bounce off the wall or if u have a semtex, stick to the wall. A handy trick if the you are in a sticky situation.

Another trick for this map is a spawn trap technique that can only mainly be done in the game type domination. To the left is a map that shows you the flag placement for Terminal. The trick will have the best results if your team controls B flag and C flag. The reason for this is because, when you control those points, the enemy team spawns in a small boxed area right behind the A flag if they have A captured. If all factors are there, then you can use a large-machine gun and shoot down the hallway that connects the C flag and the A flag in the middle of the map. If all is done correctly, you should recieve many kills and tons of points.

(The runways will be hard to explain so i will try to explain to my best ability and you may use the map above as a reference.)
There are many runways that are popular and used most everytime when playing this map. The first one I will explain is the runways used from spawning in the metal detector area. Above, where the yellow arrow is where that specific spawn is located. From there, are three different ways to go. The most popular way is once the player is through the metal detector, the player will run to the left, which comes into contact with the enemy team. The second most popular way is right through the center area, which looks like an office place and may also involve conflict with the enemy team. The third and most stealthy way to go from that spawn is to run to the right going to the A flag, which keeps you away from the enemy team. From that position, you can go around the map and flank the enemy team, which can be a huge advantage if the enemy team has no idea.

I have some suggestions for perks when it comes down to this map. For your first perk, I suggest the Blind Eye perk because, whenever an aircraft is in the air, it is usually hard to get around with out getting picked off. For the second perk, I suggest the Quickdraw or Assassin perk. It is all based on what best fits your style of gameplay. For the third perk, I suggest the Steady Aim perk. This is  becasue, when you get suprised when turning a corning, (which you will) Steady aim increases the speed of how fast your gun is ready after sprinting.

Hello everyone, this is MW3Blog and I will be doing a post for the face-off map, Aground.

Aground Call-outs
This is the Rust for Modern Warfare 3, very small and very cluttered. There are only a couple of popular runways used on this map. The most popular runway on this map is the Path call-out, which is a cave-like trail that leads to the Cave. This runway is almost a direct-line-of-sight of the Blue Team main spawn point, which is where most "campers" camp. Another main runway starts where the Red Team spawns, which is along the ocean cliff. From the spawn, I've noticed that allot of the players love to run up the staircase right by the Kitchen and Beds call-outs. These are the main two runways that are used the most.

The classes that I use for this map are chosen on the fact that I love to be undetected, but know where my enemies are at all times. The weapon I enjoy using is the MP7, which is a sub-machine gun that has a very high fire rate, and the attachment that i use on it is the suppressor. The equipment and perks I use with this class help me track where my enemies are and keep me camoflauged. I use flashbang grenades and a semtex grenade, for a purpose which I will mention later on in the blog. The perks I use are Recon Pro, Assassin Pro, and Marksman. The reason I use these is that when I hit someone with a flashbang or a group, it paints them on the radar, which is very useful in a heated situation. Assassin keeps me from being visable on the radar. Marksman is a very important perk to use, because it highlights the enemies name when aiming down your sights.
